Sensitive details such as an owner's exact address and contact number are only revealed to a tenant after the relevant brokerage payment, and are never shown to unrelated visitors.
Consultation Pass and brokerage payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled directly by Razorpay in compliance with its own security standards.
You may request access to, correction of, or removal of your personal information by contacting us. Removing your account may affect your ability to access previously purchased Consultation Pass benefits or unlocked property details.
