Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sri Ayyappa Rental Agency provides rental consultancy services by helping tenants access verified rental property information and assistance.

The consultation fee paid by customers is a service charge for accessing verified property details and rental assistance.

Once the consultation service is activated and property details/access are provided, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Brokerage or service charges paid to Sri Ayyappa Rental Agency are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are charges for the consultancy and rental assistance services provided.

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchasing consultation access
• Customer not proceeding with a property
• Property becoming unavailable after details are shared
• Customer finding another property independently
• Delay caused due to owner/tenant decisions

Refund requests may only be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical payment failure where service was not activated

All refund requests must be submitted through our official contact channels.
